Is there parking available at the pier and is there a charge?
 

Yes, we do have parking available at most of the piers, for a minimal fee. It is on a first-come first-serve basis. Every pier does vary.

General Directions:
The terminal is just off Route 440 in Bayonne located on the Peninsula at Bayonne.
The entrance to the peninsula is 1 1/2 miles south of Exit 14A of the New Jersey Turnpike or 1 1/2 miles north of the Bayonne Bridge.

Parking:
The guest parking lot is located adjacent to the cruise terminal and the cost for parking is $15 per day. The parking facility will only accept cash on arrival and will not accept credit cards or checks. The on-site parking facility is secured and will be large enough to accomodate all guest who choose to park their cars at the pier.

Directions to Pier:

From Newark International Airport:
 
Exit the airport, following signs to the NJ Turnpike.
Take the NJ Turnpike to exit 14A.
Pay toll at exit and continue straight (after traffic light onto bridge) onto Route 440.
Follow signs for Route 440 South.
Continue on Route 440 South to Port Terminal Blvd.
Turn left at Port Terminal Blvd. (there is a traffic light at the intersection).
This is the entrance for the "Peninsula at Bayonne Harbor" or the old "Military Ocean Terminal Bayonne."
Continue straight and approach the guard gate.
Continue past the guard gate and follow the signs to the cruise terminal.

From NJ Turnpike North or South:
 
Take the NJ Turnpike to exit 14A.

Morrison Drive will change name to East Bay Street - in route
East Bay Street will cross Calhoun Street (traffic light intersection)
Turn left onto Calhoun Street
Turn right onto Washington Street
Stay on Washington Street, which will connect into Concord Street.

 

Uniformed Port Police Officers will be stationed along the Calhoun, Washington and Concord Street locations. They can direct cruise guests to the appropriate travel routes and parking locations.

Traveling by car, direct to the Cruise Terminals you are advised to travel on the M20/A20.
Dover is 125kms (70 miles) southeast of London, directly linked to the M2/A2 and M20/A20, both of which connect to the M25 London orbital motorway.
The Dover Cruise Terminals are extremely well sign posted.

The area adjacent to the terminal is for loading/unloading luggage curbside only.

From Gatwick Airport - Using Public Transportation
 
Take the Gatwick Express to London Victoria Station.
This service currently departs every 15 minutes and takes about 35 minutes.
On arrival in Victoria, transfer by taxi to London Liverpool Street Station.
Take either a direct service to Harwich Parkeston Quay or train to Mannington and change there for Harwich Parkeston Quay.

Please note: There is only a limited service directly to Harwich and a change of trains may be necessary. This service runs hourly during the day on weekdays and Saturdays and a reduced Sunday service. This trip takes approx. 1 1/2 hours.
On arrival in Harwich Parkeston Quay, the station platform is about 30 yards from the cruise terminal building.

From Heathrow Airport - Using Public Transportation
 
Take the Heathrow Express to london Paddington Station. This service currently departs every 15 minutes and the trip takes 15 minutes.
On arrival to Paddington transfer to London Liverpool Street Station by by taxi.
Take either a direct service to Harwich Parkeston Quay or train to Mannington and change there for Harwich Parkeston Quay.

Take 10th Avenue to West 55th Street and make left onto West 55th.

Stay straight to go to N. Military Highway / US-13 South for 1.6 miles.

Long Term Parking: Parking is currently $10.00* per day, per vehicles. Additional fees may apply for larger vehicles. All parking fees are payable in cash as you enter the facilities. *Rates are subject to change without notice.

Baggage Drop Off:
As you enter the Philadelphia Naval Business Center entrance you will be directed down League Island Boulevard to the parking and drop off area for cruise guests. Adjacent to the parking area is the Remote Luggage Facility where you will check your luggage. Once you have checked your luggage, you will board a free shuttle for a short ride to the cruise terminal.

Exit the Airport on Harbor Boulevard South towards downtown area which leads to the pier.
3 miles to the pier, approximate driving time is 15 minutes.

From Los Angles International Airport:
 
Exit the airport seeking Freeway 405 South.
This will connect with I-5 South.
Follow I-5 South directly into San Diego.
Exit the Freeway at the Airport exit.
This will lead you onto Kettner Boulevard.
Follow Kettner Boulevard until Laurel Boulevard.
Turn left onto Laurel Boulevard.
Then turn left onto Harbor Boulevard, which leads to the pier.
This is well marked by road signs.
112 miles to the pier, approximate driving time is 2-1/2 hours.

Port of San Juan, Puerto Rico
 

Directions to Pier:

Old San Juan Pier Terminal Pier 4,
Paseo Gilberto Concepcion de Gracia
 
Leaving the airport, take Baldorioty Avenue.
Follow Baldorioty Avenue to Puentes Dos Hermanos (Condado Lagoon).
Stay in the left-hand lane and you will enter Puerta de Tierra.
After three traffic lights you will see the waterfront.
Stay on Concepcion de Gracias Avenue and you will see the pier.
12 miles to pier, approximate driving time 45 minutes.

Pan American Pier:
 
Leaving the airport, take Baldorioty Avenue
Follow Baldorioty Avenue to Puentes Dos Hermanos (Condado Lagoon).
Stay in the left-hand lane.
After U-turn stay on the right and follow until you come to a street where you can make a right hand turn.
Go until you come to the first street and make a right hand turn.
Follow this road and it will take you to Pan American Pier.
12 miles to pier, approximate driving time 45 minutes.

Port of Seward, Alaska
Directions to Pier:

From Anchorage International Airport:
 
Take International Airport Road east until you reach Minnesota Drive.
Take a right on Minnesota Drive and follow the signs to Seward Highway South.
Once on Seward Highway, you'll travel approximately 130 miles to Seward.
Once in Seward, follow the signs to the Alaska Railroad Dock.
You will also be able to see the ship terminal from the highway on your left as you enter Seward.

From Egan Convention Center (located in downtown Anchorage at 555 W 5th Avenue):
 
Head East on 6th Avenue, following the signs for the Seward Highway South (also known as Gambell Street).
Once on the Seward Highway you'll travel approximately 130 miles to Seward.
Once in Seward, follow the signs to the Alaska Railroad Dock
You will also be able to see the ship terminal from the highway on your left as you enter Seward.

Airport Information: Anchorage International Airport (ANC)
130 miles to pier, approximate driving time 3 hours.
Airport Transportation: Taxis are available for hire.

Directions to Pier:

From London Heathrow Airport:
 
Take A3113 from the airport to M25 (M25 is the London Orbital Freeway)
follow signs for M3 at junction 12 - join M3 and head south following signs for Southampton and Southampton Docks.
At junction 3 – join M271 and continue to follow signs for Southampton Docks.
Dock Gate 4 is the entrance to the terminal area.
70 miles to pier, approximate driving time 1 3/4 hours

From London Gatwick Airport:
 
Take A23 from airport to junction 9a where you join the M23 driving to junction 7 where you join the M25
follow signs for M3, which you join at junction 12-join M3
head south following signs for Southampton and Southampton Docks.
On leaving the M3 take the M27 following signs for Southampton Docks. At junction 3–join M271
continue to follow signs for Southampton Docks. Dock Gate 4 is the entrance to the terminal area.

91 miles to pier, approximate driving time 2 hours

Directions to Pier:From Tampa International Airport:
 
Exit Tampa International Airport and follow signs to I-275 North. I-275 merges with I-4 East.
Take I-4 East to Exit #1 (Ybor City).
Go South on 21 Street, turn right on Adamo Drive (Hwy 60), then turn left (South) on Channelside Drive.
The main entrance for Cruise Terminals 2 & 3 is approximately 5 blocks South on Channelside Drive.
Entrance to Terminal 3 is on the left at Cumberland Street.

In the event of a last minute change in pier assignments, signage will indicate the assigned terminal for your particular ship.

PIER LONG TERM PARKING: A parking garage is located at 810 Channelside Drive, across the street from Terminal 3. The parking fee is approximately $12 per day (subject to change), and is payable upon entry into the parking area in the form of cash or credit card. For additional parking information please call 1.813.905 7678.

SECURITY AT THE PIER: Please expect delays related to security and immigration procedures when arriving at the pier to board the ship. These procedures have been designed for your safety and all attempts will be made to expedite you through the process as quickly as possible.

Port of Vancouver (Ballantyne Pier & Canada Place Pier)
Directions to Ballantyne Pier:

From Vancouver International Airport:
 
Travel east out of the airport on Grant McConachie way.
Follow the Highway 99 North signs which will take you over the Arthur Laing Bridge and onto Granville Street.
Follow Granville Street north over the Granville Street Bridge, and take the Seymour Street exit.
Proceed north to Hastings Street and turn right.
Follow East to Clark Drive and turn left.
Follow Clark Drive across the Clark Drive Overpass.
At the bottom of the overpass, turn right at the stop sign onto Centennial Road.
Follow centennial Road to Ballantyne Pier.


Directions to Canada Place Pier:

From Seattle Airport:
 
Take I-5 north to the Canadian Border. It now becomes Highway #99.
Continue north until you cross the Oak Street Bridge.
Turn left on 70th Avenue.
Turn right on Granville Street.
Proceed north across the Granville Street Bridge.
Take the Seymour Street exit.
Proceed north along Seymour Street to West Cordova Street.
Turn left on West Cordova Street.
Turn right on Howe Street.
You are facing Canada Place.

Directions to Pier:

From Marco Polo Airport:
 
Follow blue traffic signs indicating Venezia
At the end of the bridge on the lagoon "Ponte della Liberta," which connects the mainland with Venice, stay in the right lane and turn right at the traffic light.
At the end of the road there is a STOP sign: proceed straight through to the Port Security gate for entry.
. You may be asked to present your cruise ticket booklet for entry.
Proceed to the luggage drop off area just beyond the gate and then to the terminal.

Airport Information: Marco Polo Airport (VCE)
10 miles to pier, approximate driving time 30 minutes.
Airport Transportation: Car Rentals, Taxis and Water Taxis are available for hire.

Directions From Seattle-Tacoma International Airport:
Take I-5 North
Take exit number 164B, towards 4th Ave. South, merge onto I-90 West, turn right onto 4th Avenue South.
Turn right onto S. Royal Brougham Way, at the intersection of S. Royal Brougham Way and Alaskan Way turn left.
Terminal 30 Cruise Facility entrance is about 1.5 miles South on the right hand side.

 

Directions From I-5 South:

Take the 4th Ave. South exit, turn right onto 4th Ave.
South, turn right onto S. Royal Brougham Way.
At the intersection of S. Royal Brougham Way and Alaskan Way turn left.
Terminal 30 Cruise Facility entrance is about 1.5 miles South on the right hand side.

Directions to Pier:

From Barcelona Airport to Pier, exit the airport and take the road to Barcelona City. Once there, take the Ronda Litoral Highway and take the exit marked PUERTO. Turn right and then follow the signs indicating PUERTO. Ships are berthed at Adossat Terminal (Moll D' Adossat).
